Returns Policy

 

Earths Essence is happy to fully refund or replace any goods purchased found to be faulty or damaged.

For purchases made other than via www.earths-essence.com.au please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We will work with our stockist to find an outcome all parties are happy with. 

Online Orders

If you change your mind about any product(s) you have purchased and decide you no longer wish to use them, your product(s) purchased can be returned to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Products must be unopened and in original condition
2. Products must be returned within 7 days from original receipt of goods
3. Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding postage. 

If you wish to return an order placed through www.earths-essence.com.au 

All returns MUST be authorised by Earths Essence before goods are returned. Please email one of our helpful staff to receive a return number before sending your order back to us.

Earths Essence will make it our priority to dispatch your order as soon as we receive it.
